Steven Spielberg smacks down Nancy Pelosi’s request for rebranding help. In what can only be termed yet another high-profile and public loss for Nancy Pelosi, director Steven Spielberg has flat-out rejected the fired house speaker’s latest attempt to help her rebrand the Democrats and herself, too. It was originally reported in yesterday’s Washington Post that the famous director was approached by Pelosi for help in marketing her damaged brand and her damaged party’s brand. While Spielberg did not respond to Pelosi at press time yesterday, a source today is quoting Spielberg’s spokesperson as saying that Spielberg only directs actors and not political figures. This rejection of Pelosi may have something to do with Spielberg’s loyalty to the Clintons, as he has endorsed Hillary Clinton in the last presidential race and worked with Bill in years past.

Hey, now... maybe he can do for Pelosi what he did for Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Ben-Gay.

I despise politicians and political pundits who talk about “brand”. How about just doing waht’s right for the people. That’s all the “brand” they need.

Exactly, like wolves in sheeps clothing. Let’s repackage the democrats, so we can continue to lie, steal, cheat and fool the public. I can’t believe the stupid people in CA reelected this disgusting woman. Must have been all the people getting goodies from our pockets. Wonder how long they are going to continue to steal from us and call it charitable giving?

Dear Ms. Pelousy, you would have has a better chance to rebrand if you and Harry Reid would have been booted. There is nothing you can do to make the jug eared Communist In Chief appear any better.

You have outed yourselves.

No sense in expecting “truth” from someone with more fake parts than Darth Vader.

Spielberg must have a movie coming out that he doesn’t want boycotted by Middle America.

This shows the politicians' utter contempt for the intelligence of the American public. (Partially merited, I might add.) The very idea that perceptions of a major political party could simply be turned on a dime by a "branding" campaign, like a new shape of potato chip, is absurd.

Unfortunately, that is not to say that public opinion can't be twisted slowly over the longer term... which is why the liberal/progressive movement has been so successful at messing up our society through education, the media, and politicization of the courts.

There is something about the term “...smack down..” and “Nancy Pelosi” in the same sentence. :)

“Spielberg must have a movie coming out that he doesn’t want boycotted by Middle America.”

Unlike that nitwit Affleck: On Tuesday, the noted liberal went on NPR to promote his new movie about corporate layoffs, “Company Men”, and to bash greedy CEO’s and bankers.
NewsBusters reported.

And his point is.....? These are skilled Kabuki players we're talking about here, not politicians!
