A look back at California politics in 2010

Historians may look back on the political events as 2010 and view it as one of the more significant years in American history. From our perspective in California, while the events have been tumultuous, 2010 might as well be a good novel, something we can read about but probably not experience. The state continued to march ever leftward, in spite of hopeful signs through spring and summer that the dominance of liberals might be coming to an end, or at least moderated. However, it was not to be. Here then, a non-globally warmed San Francisco East Bay look at the top political events of 2010.

Let the state sink into oblivion..

It’ll be like the Watchmen...

Dog carcass in alley this morning, tire tread on burst stomach. This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout “Save us!”... and I’ll whisper “no.”

The state needs an epic cleansing event - total economic collapse would do.

Unfortunately it would effect the we in the reasonable minority, too, but I'm afraid but its the only way.

Does anyone have the numbers and percentages of the 2010 elections in California? How did the White vote go?

Except for all the elective offices in Sac. Would that it wasn’t the case, but it is.

Don’t start on that subject, that’s the SF-Sacramento Axis you are talking about and they are the worst of it.

I am curious about the White blue-collar vote since they are the core of the Democratic party. Blue-collar people are usually not the extreme leftists, I would think that regular working class folks would have awakened by now but apparently not.

I would like to get an election map of California.

If the Ca. economy collapses don’t you realize that it’s unbridled liberal citizens will pollute the other states when they flee? But don’t worry—Babs Boxer will save them
since they adore her with votes. Morons!
