Bill Richardson recently insinuated that Senator Ted Cruz doesn't really count as a Hispanic. See the story at Breitbart.

Cruz is an American.
And a pretty good one at that.
Bill wasn’t a Hispanic until it gave him an advantage politically. He spent his early career running away from it. Like all liberals, he wallows in hypocrisy, pig that he is.
