Just casualty walks behind the pharmacy counter, then takes his time to find the right drugs. Grabs as many as he can carry and just walks back out. No one even tried to stop him. I bet those were bulk bottles of Oxycontin worth thousands on the streets. Wow is he is resourceful, I’ll give him that.

The narcotics and opiates, as with all Schedule 1 drugs, are usually kept in a locked cabinet. Pharmacist on-duty has the key.
