Peter Navarro is a plain spoken American who holds a PhD from Harvard in Economics. He was the architect for President Trump's trade and economic goal to restructure American supply chains where Americans make things again. He was also behind making China pay Tariffs to finance the economic overhaul of manufacturing inside the United States.
Dr. Navarro is an author of numerous books including "In Trump Time". He is a frequent guest and occasional cohost of Steve Bannon’s War Room.
Dr. Navarro was summoned by the J6 committee, but declined to testify citing Executive Privilege under President Trump.
After his assertion of Executive Privilege, the J6 Committee caused Dr. Navarro to be charged with a misdemeanor violation and arrested without choice to turn himself over. Bizarrely, Dr. Navarro, who did not resist arrest, was cuffed, his LEGS SHACKLED and thrown in jail.

Peter Navarro, who served as the White House Trade Advisor under President Trump, was charged with contempt of Congress for refusal to “cooperate” with the tyrannical January 6th Committee and pleaded not guilty to the contrived and overreaching charges on June 17th.
The two misdemeanor counts of contempt of Congress which Navarro was charged with came about as direct overreach from the “unselect” Congressional Committee in their prove into the January 6th events, in which they rejected Navarro’s claim of executive privilege.
In March, they voted to press criminal charges against Navarro.
Each of his two counts of contempt would land him up to 1 year in prison–a piece.
In a pitiful plea deal offer, the Department of Justice offered to give him a maximum of 30 days in prison for a single count of contempt and drop the other count–if he not only pleads guilty but also cooperates with the January 6th Committee’s subpoena “to the satisfaction of the Justice Department.”
“It involves not only the President of the United States asserting his executive privilege, but over 50 years of DOJ opinions that make it clear that top presidential aides are able to assert absolute immunity and not testify before Congress. Not only that, but also the Justice Department has longstanding policies about not prosecuting someone criminally for this kind of situation,” he added. “So I wonder what changed.”
The overreach by Biden’s crooked Justice Department and by the tyrannical January 6th Committee is unlawful, unethical, and unconstitutional.
So much so, in fact, that even Obama-appointed Judge Mehta expressed concern about the treatment of Peter Navarro.

It will not take you more than a few hours per week. You are needed and you will meet like-minded persons while learning the ropes of how elections are run at the precinct level. .
Then you must keep an ear out for hearing the role played by Constitutional Sheriffs where you and/or others can be DEPUTIZED to oversee the integrity of your county elections.

It sounds like their waterboarding didn’t work with Navarro.
And if the Republicans win the midterms will any of this flip. Will the dems run for the hills and republicans have there own investigations or are the ones that win actual rinos and stab Trump and is in the back and not look into the Jan 6 or elections. Things in Wisconsin and Arizona and maybe even GA are starting to heat up slightly.
This is utterly despicable. And I’m sure totally unlawful. I hope Navarro, who BTW is absolutely BRILLIANT, sues the absolute heck out of these clowns. I particularly liked the SHACKLING a 72 year old man—nice Nazi touch, don’t you think? Of course, them that ordered up this travesty are the very ones who should be in jail, with no limit as to their sentences—for TREASON.

I still remember the early days of FR when a liberal from Madison would come on here and ask to be shown "convictions" in all the smoke and fire of the Whitewater accusations.

As disgusting as arresting Navarro in public is in any case, the Feds handcuffed him in an airport, guaranteeing that there would be plenty of people watching. Navarro was on his way to giving an announced speech, not fleeing the country.
Do our federal agents have any sense of honor or are they all brainwashed?

The J6 committee and the aftermath of J6 itself will go down as one of the worst political stains on American history when all is said and done. This is nothing more than a political version of the Trail of Tears.
The Jan 6 committee is nothing more than another attempt by democrats to get rid of Trump from politics and prevent him from seeking the presidency agains.
It’s also about Pelosi and Schumer and Schiff and most democrats trying to convince the American people that the 2020 election was fair and that Biden/Harris did win.
If they hadn’t taken on the job of proving the election was fair, there would have been many probes into election fraud. Democrats absolutely want to quash any questions about the integrity of the 2020 elections, lest they suffer the consequences of many legal actions against the party and against the many fraudulent ‘wins’ by democrats in 2020.
