Senator Paul is asking the questions that so many of us want answers to.
Along with Senator Paul I am perplexed that so few Republican senators signed that letter asking for the documents that detail the funding.

In the early 1940s before WWII, my mother worked as a secretary to a Congressional committee. As a very young kid my older brother and I used to play in the Old House Office Building. I remember my mother telling us at the time the Senate was an "old boys' club" where they scratched each others' backs across party lines.
