Rachel Powell’s life has been living Hell since she broke a window to “save lives” near the tunnel where Roseanne Boyland died on Jan. 6. With her upcoming sentencing hearing in October, Powell fears she may be sentenced to years in prison because of the decisions she made that day.
For most of her confinement from Feb. 4, 2021, until now, Powell has been on strict court-ordered confinement with an ankle monitor inside a small cabin in rural Pennsylvania. At times, she, her family, and her old employer have been relentlessly harassed. The silver lining, says Powell, is that her immediate family, her children and six grandchildren, and some close friends have been “enormously loving” and supportive throughout her ordeal. Powell told UncoverDC:
“I ruined my family’s wonderful life in one day without meaning to. I wish I was never involved. I feel dumb, set up, duped, and terrible for what I have put my family through. But they still love me, and that is what gets me through and covers my guilt and shame. I could not do this without them.”

Majority did plea deals which obviously you can’t appeal. The few who did court cases, I’m sure some are appealing.
They are exactly the same kind of fanatical “judges” seen in Nazi Germany, the USSR, and other places, their loyalty is to the power structure, not to the pursuit of justice.
In other words, Obama appointed judges. Barry got his wish to fundamentally transform America.

I think for most, they don’t have the money to hire private attorneys so they have court appointed Democrats representing them. Even if they have the money. very lawyers are goign to represent these clients because the establishment will do to them what they have done to Rudy Guliani and any attorney representing Trump or MAGA.
The establishment GOP needs to be buries along with the Democrats. We need a party that represents the people.

But who reads history, today? It [History] also tells us that the Media of Said Country whipped up anger and hatred of the afore mentioned People. The Uni-party is not just some clever meme, it's a reality. I missed it when Reagan was president, but with Trump they didn't hide their feelings as well as they did with Reagan, who the GOPe hated also.
I support Trump, not the Republican Party anymore. I also only support certain candidates, They would be the ones who run under the Republican ticket, but are not Republican first. They are conservatives first.
