Eric Hecker is a whistleblower, who has testified to Congress, under oath about what he saw while working at the South Pole. Yes in Antartica. Hecker is former Navy and defense contractor for Raytheon. While working at the South Pole Eric witnessed some stunning things, including directed energy weapons and other technologies that can trigger earthquakes. What he saw was illegal, off the books and unknown to Congress and many in the Pentagon.

Does he have any evidence apart from his own say so? Photos, documents, or credible witnesses? Can he even prove that he was employed at the South Pole or a W-2 showing who paid him?

Maybe they found aliens. Maybe they found Atlantis. Maybe they found evidence (flash frozen temperate zone flora and fauna) that Antarctica didn't migrate to the pole over millions of years, but rather quite suddenly.
Maybe there is evidence that the Earth's axis could change, or that plate tectonics aren't always slow and steady.
My question is how do you target Queens Land with a DEW from Antarctica when it requires straight line targeting like microwaves and lasers? Not only that, where is the power source?

My understanding is that the earthquake device may be HARP or some other low frequency generator that resonates through the earth and disturbs the fissures causing the plates to slip.
Assuming that he was indeed at this facility and working in the capacity he claimed, the points he made are impossible to verify and in fact, even if true, are conclusions he has reached by general observation (as a plumber and firefighter), not by direct personal knowledge gained from working with the technology. This would be why the US. military, Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin wouldn't care if he spilled the beans, so to speak.
As to his claims, he says that the U.S. has reverse-engineered exotic technology to create craft that are operating outside Earth's atmosphere AND this Antarctic facility is serving as an Air Traffic Control system for these craft.
Let me repeat, this man did not claim that the facility was communicating with "alien" UFOs. He claimed that it was communicating (actually receiving communications via neutrinos) with U.S. reverse-engineered craft.
Every word of his testimony may be true or it may be an incorrect conclusion reached by connecting a bunch of very strange dots.
As Eric Weinstein (the physicist) says, America and the world is in an epidemic of confusion. The internet and the government (both of which are heavily influenced by Leftist politics) are spewing out an endless stream of information. It is impossible to tell what is real and what is conspiracy theory...or what is a mixture of both.
Trying to sort out information in today's world is like drinking from a firehose.
Regarding this man's testimony, I would suggest taking it with a grain of salt and tucking it away until more information comes in to make it possible to confirm his claims by triangulation.
