Maybe it is time to work on converting some of the Gazans to Judaism. The ladies may appreciate that there is no divorce by triple talaq in most religions.

Over the course of years, a number of Jews in Israel have converted, in some cases to facilitate marriages. It may be time to try to have some of these revert to their original religion. The men may wish to be on the winning team, and the ladies might prefer to raise families without the threat of triple talaq.
