Start taxing drug dealers; federal income tax, state income tax, sales tax, FICA and Medicare employment taxes on employee wages and self-employment taxes, regulations and zoning requirements for all illicit drug operations.

Give the 87,000 gun-toting IRS agents something to do besides make a small business owner find receipts for $75 or whatever.

This would let government be government and do what they already know how to do.
