Cuomo forced me to buy a $2.00 meatball every time I went up to a bar for a beer under threat to the establishments NYS liquor license. For starters, I’d like him to pay me back.

in 2021, we stopped at an "outdoor" winery tasting-room in the finger-lakes. They had to remove/open-up a wall to legally consider the space as "outdoor." A young woman was walking around with a basket of cheap wrapped cheese-crackers and individual packs of oreo cookies.
We told her - no thanks. We don't want any. She replied, cynically: "please take one anyway. We are a restaurant now and are serving you food..."
I remember...cuz wings didn’t do it. Even though thousands eat them for lunch/dinner every day!!
