NEW YORK — By this time next week, Donald Trump could be a convicted felon — or a newly acquitted man declaring complete and total exoneration.
His Manhattan trial on charges for concealing a 2016 hush money scheme is suddenly hurtling toward a conclusion, with Justice Juan Merchan encouraging attorneys to prepare for closing arguments as soon as Tuesday. He would then instruct jurors on legal matters before sending them to deliberate.

The judge is going to have to instruct more than just the jury.
The entire free world is waiting to hear the prosecution’s punchline to this howler of a trial. Perhaps the judge can explain how someone can be convicted of a crime that doesn’t exist in the law books?
What the Defensed doesn’t get to present their side. Wouldn’t surprise me with this tainted judge.
Does this judge not care about his own legal reputation, his administration of justice in his courtroom?
Or does getting Trump override all ethical guidelines?
What’s the charge against President Trump?

“You WILL hand back a ‘Guilty’ verdict, otherwise you will be doxxed and your names and addresses will be released to the public. Our Dem operatives will then surround your homes and burn them to the ground along with your families.

Pretty accurate estimate of the jury instructions, except the jurors likely won’t need any encouragement to convict. President Trump was convicted the moment the trial started IMO.
Either he’ll be a convicted felon or Merchan will be sending the jury back for deliberations for the first of seven weekends until july 4 th weekend.
Pretty darn close to 100% chance of conviction for no stated crime except racism for being Orange.

Defense just sits there anyway. Objections seem foreign to them.

He is being paid handsomely for his role in this mess. He will disappear happy and comfortable.

The real charge is , he is Donald Trump and we don’t like him and don’t want him to be president so we will ignore any and all legal precedent and hope we have 12 like minded jurors to help lynch him. pray for one honest person on that jury
Not sure why defense doesn’t recall Daniels and present the tape from Bill Maher which refutes her testimony.
This Guy has heard they come in pretty handy on appeal.

Yup. Everyone knows the judge and his family will be richly rewarded if he can force a 'guilty' verdict regardless of the fact that no actual crime has been committed. Pretty much like the real estate 'trial'.
