He didn't, any more than we know there were Elven women with pointed ears among the Hobbit. This was sheer speculation and fantasy on the part of a bunch of pathologically repressed and emotionally stunted misfits.
One need only study the artwork produced by some of our own (non-Muslim) artists to realize that some of the depicted "beauty" is actually so surreal as to be physiological impossible. Incredibly wasp-thin waists, broad hips, and totally improbable mammary development could not exist under terrestrial atmospheric conditions and in a normal gravity field.
We are not talking about people who deal from a full deck, or have the wires tightly wrapped.
