What about the minorities who want to learn in safe and non-disruptive classrooms?

They are often bullied by the disruptive kids for being "oreos" or "acting white". There is a definite anti-studying subculture going on. I find it incredible that the disruptive students associate behaving nicely, doing your homework, and doing well on test as "acting white". So they themselves are defining "black behavior" as just the opposite. Therefore, if their behavior results in what amounts to theft of education from the kids of ANY color who want to learn (and therefore not be on future welfare rolls), why should they NOT be punished? Because some racist anal orifice named Holder says so?
