Comment On Carbon Pollution Emission Guidelines for Existing Stationary Sources Elec

EPA’s proposed guidelines for carbon dioxide (CO2)emissions from existing stationary sources are fatally flawed. The rule violates the language of the Clean Air Act; it arbitrarily and capriciously imposes emission reduction goals with no analysis from EPA on the actual warming impacts; it is not supported by the American people nor Congress; it will drive up electricity prices; and it will threaten the stability of the electricity grid. EPA fails to note that in exchange for higher electricity rates, the benefit of this rule is that the world is expected to be 0.018 degrees Celsius cooler than otherwise by 2100. 1 In sum, this rule is all cost and little benefit. It is an illegal attempt to usurp the power of the individual states and assert federal bureaucratic control over state electricity issues

From the Institute for Energy Reasearch. Post epa comment period assessment of the soon to be new law of the land. Thirty five pages to wade through if you have the time. But then again, you already knew the epa is FOS. Easy to answer questions:

1. Define the “correct” temperature range for the planet.

2. Define the “correct” humidity range for the planet.

3. Define the “correct” mean sea level for the planet’

4. Define the “correct” amount of precipitation for the planet.

5. Define the “correct” makeup of the atmosphere.

6. Define the “correct” amount of sea ice at the N/S poles.

7. Define/explain past glaciation and subsequent warming without any input from humans.

That should all be easy enough to do.

Why play their games and hedge our language?

This rule is all cost and NO benefit!

No problem. Found a link to it on Canadafreepress.com. Interesting info but sadly, the the warmunists don’t care about facts. Especially if they’re bought and paid for by the EVIL Koch brothers. I don’t know if the Koch’s had anything to do with the IER but it’s always a place for the left to lay blame. :>}

The elites can afford to live in their green utopia. They have no idea what you are complaining about. The green referring to cash, not plants....
