The “fair and equitable” piece is where the Obama administration is most vulnerable, said David Gantz, a trade law professor at the University of Arizona College of Law.

“The issue becomes, if there is a very detailed procedure for approval or disapproval of pipelines, whether the U.S. followed those procedures or whether it went beyond the criteria or procedures,” Gantz said.

“I would say the U.S. is pretty vulnerable on that one issue,” he said, “in part because the White House staff and others essentially said, ‘we know we’re doing this politically and to make a statement,’ but the regulations don’t say you can make a statement in the most blatant sense.”

The Canadian company is going to file suit, and its going to be for over 1 billion dollars, I think they will win.

And maybe triple damages. Except for the fact Canada elected a liberal PM, this would be a big rift between the USA and CANADA.

I am sure Trump will built the pipeline. Secretary of Energy Palin will insist.

The pipeline project would cut deeply into the profits of BNSF railroad—owned by Obama crony Warren Buffett—which has been hauling the Canadian oil in tank cars.

Seems to me since the Kenyan stopped the pipeline beyond his authority perhaps he should be individually responsible for the financial harm.

Canada needs to get the probate records of Charles Rollo Payne. Check BHO schedule E records. And the ownership of Standley A and Standley D wells still in production. BHO has a conflict of interest

There is hope, it appears many Union members support Trump. Union leadership is worried.
