Just a few days ago Jim Deligatti, the inventor of the Big Mac, passed away in Pittsburgh at age 98.
Coincidence???
Most surprising revelation to me was that there actually WAS a General Tso.

A quirky little documentary about the General's chicken. Seems most Chinese interviewed know who he was, but have never heard of his chicken. I watched it on Netflix.
