Complaints under the Psychology Board’s jurisdiction include the following behavior by a psychologist, psychological assistant or registered psychologist:

Dr Robert Strong is apparently a Clinical Psychologist II for the County of Los Angeles whose total yearly pay and benefits are around $149,000+ as of fiscal year 2016. In 2011 his total yearly pay and benefits amounted to $29000+........he has been moving up. As a County employee he is also a Union member for what that is worth.......

You have to present ID to mail anything more than about a pound, which probably how they caught this POS. If would be fun to drop him once of those padded envelopes full of dog feces. He deserves it.

His employer is the city of Los Angeles. They'll probably give him a raise.
