district. Twitter showed photos of tents and trash in Jordan's district (Lima, Northwest Columbus, etc)
A quick search of the demographics and the city govt, I found 89% of the population is White, 5.5& is Black,
and that Lima and Columbus are Democrat-run cities with Democrat Mayors.
