Today a motion was unsealed in the Ghislaine Maxwell case that give us serious concerns about the government’s case against Maxwell.
I’ll make this brief. The unsealed motion had to do with Maxwell’s recently rejected motion for release on bail. It had been sealed because it references documents that are still under seal. You can read the full motion for release on bail here.
I won’t go through the whole motion - only the parts that stand out.
First, Maxwell makes the accusation that “the government concedes it cannot establish that either Ms. Maxwell or Epstein ever caused, or sought to cause, Accuser-3 to travel while she was a minor or that she was underage when she allegedly engaged in sex acts with Epstein.”
In support of this claim, Maxwell’s lawyers cite to the still-sealed filing by the government.
Maxwell’s attorneys explain that this matters because victim’s “allegations cannot support the conspiracies charged in the Indictment, leaving the government with only two witnesses to prove the charges against Ms. Maxwell.”
Second, Maxwell alleges that the government “produced documents indicating that government prosecutors misled a federal judge to obtain evidence against Ms. Maxwell.”
This wouldn’t be the first time we’ve seen federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York get into trouble. Recently, they were found to have failed to disclose evidence against a criminal defendant and then lying about their failure to disclose the evidence.
One Final Note
The Court has not yet unsealed the government motion that Maxwell’s lawyers reference in their latest filing. We’ll be posting that document in full once it is released to the public.
I’m amazed she hasn’t committed Arkancide yet.

This is about making the case go away because too many LIBERAL ELITES are in legal jeopardy if the case proceeds.
Probably too closely guarded at present. Out on bail or just released would create the opportunity for what you suggest.
Having dirt on the rich and/or famous only works if they cannot prevent its disclosure. Epstein’s “suicide” in jail and the ease with which it was “investigated” and forgotten served notice that at least some rich and famous people could even prevent disclosure.
She should be worried.
The entire matter reaks of a mossad operation. And don’t doubt videos of certain middle eastern higher-ups didn’t help secure the recent peace treaties. It’s sickening to think American children were used for blackmailing the rich and powerful. And now that demos are back, ruining the country (pun), they’re going to get away with it.
Her father was Mossad. Robert Maxwell.

You bet there is trouble with the Maxwell case.
The problem is that she has found a way to implicate some powerful figures in the Democrat party with a cache of evidence hitherto left unfound and unscathed by the Federal Bigotry Institute.
And Maxwell has a lawyer who is smart enough to know how to use it.
Expect to see Ghislaine Maxwell floating freely about Club Med again some time soon, plying her trade with the Red Chinese and Russian oligarchs, instead of the Israelis.And she will have so many Mexican and South America children to use in order to do it.

However evil the methods, their operatives are generally semper fidelis unto death. And if you look at it from their point of view, the survival of their nation, the ends justifies the means in their eyes.
Even so, there is a limit to what evil any nation should engage in. Not sayin' with 100% certainty this is what occurred in the Epstein matter, but it sure reeks of it. Especially when the treaties and light hand Maxwell is enjoying is considered.
Maxwell will not go down alone. Just as Hillary said, if she goes down, she would take half of Washington D.C., with her.
