It is the ‘trend’, to die of Covid. Miraculously, because we now wear MASKS.. NO ONE has died of Regular Flu, Tuberculosis, Heart Disease, Diabetes or Cirrosis of the liver. So yeah, the SKY IS FALLING. If there was so much DEATH, why is there a housing crisis. Looks like there would be hundreds of empty apartments and abandoned houses. Not like it was when my momma said in 1918 that the black horse drawn hearses, waited in line at cemeteries to bury their dead. THERE IS NO CRISIS.
I think you miss the nuance. Latins are prideful people. They don’t admit they have problems until they’re drowning in them and even then they’re downplayed. The headline is remarkable for its admission.
