MIAMI BEACH — A gunman fatally shot a tourist eating dinner with his family at a Miami Beach restaurant as the man protected his 1-year-old son, police and a family member said.
Tamarius Blair Davis, 22, of Norcross, Georgia, told investigators he shot Dustin Wakefield, 21, on Tuesday night because he “was high on mushrooms, which made him feel empowered,” according to his arrest report.

The good news in this awful tragedy, the Miami Beach had him handcuffed and arrested in four minutes and the judge refused bail.
And then he danced on his victims corpse.

I’m certainly glad the woke Biden administration is concentrating on the domestic white supremacist terrorists threatening our Republic instead of wasting time on the Tilaban doing the same.
Tommy Davis, the suspect’s father, told The Associated Press that his son had traveled to Miami Beach with some friends. He said his son has never been in trouble or had mental health issues. No arrest record for the younger Davis could be found.

So when is this country going to face facts about the nature of violent crimes and who commits them? All this defund the cops nonsense has given aircover for these criminals. If this psycho had been gunned down by the cops, he would be hailed as a martyr today with zero mention of the heinous action he committed. That makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about it.

That poor young man and his family are from Castle Rock, Colorado.
We all know who the criminals are. But we are supposed to pretend we don't notice. We notice, and we avoid them. Keep a wide berth, for safety's sake.

Don’t expect it to be upgraded to a hate crime, it was downgraded to second degree. It was obviously with racial malice aforethought: he was looking for a white person to kill ( read the article).
