Democrats have imposed draconian rules to allegedly safeguard the public. Once the rules are enforced they are condemned as racist.
Naturally the black patron doesn't blame Democrats for these restrictions. Instead he directs his anger at the White restaurant manager for enforcing the Democrats' rules the restaurant manager is forced to enforce.

The restaurant vaccine policy is silly, but the black patron is no prize either. His first go to was segregation when he knows quite well the restaurant manager was not serving him because of the silly vaccine policy. This is a win win in my book. Since these jabs have not been thoroughly trialed, black people should be wary of accepting jabs which might be devastating to something in their physiology, and black people have co-morbidity issues as well.
