Suspecting a person of being a criminal is different than proving it. I just don’t understand how the police taking 100k in cash from a person without proving anything is not a violation of the 4th Amendment.

Because piles of cash, cars and trucks, and so on, aren't citizens (duh) and therefore don't have 4A protections!
