I doubt Bannon has control of the ball or the court. They will probably lock him up for a few months and all that will happen is complaining from the grumble class.
Steve is on Tucker tonight. That will be good. Tucker has been cross pollenating with War Room hosts/guests lately. I’ve notice a uptick in foreign guests on War Room too. Bannon is leading a global movement and providing a platform for others to present their message. I was really happy to see Viva Frei (David Freiheit) the other day. Canada so needs to get rid of Trudeau and elect a McGA parliament and pm.

If held as a political prisoner, Bannon will gain status. The most likely outcome though is that he will be released pending appeal and then vindicated in court, with the case against Bannon potentially abandoned by the Justice Department when the GOP gains control of the US House. Otherwise, the jailing of Bannon will establish a precedent to be used against the Democrats. Notably, even without the support of the Department of Justice, the US House has the power to jail and prosecute recalcitrant witnesses.
When a case goes to appeal, does the original judge continue with it, or is a new judge assigned?
