Iraq purchased about 30 F16s in a deal brokered by Soetero. They were supposed to use their oil money to reimburse the US government. I’m it sure they’ve ever paid. So we’re paying for Lockheed and Sallyport to provide services to the Iraqi government to turn tune of 100s of millions a year.
