For those who just want the run-down - the Shaman called the FBI and cordially discussed with them what happened, and it seems like there was no real animosity between the guy and the police.
I watched 4.20 minutes of the 7 minute video; Parts 1 & 2 of 3? I didn’t see anything that devastating one way or another. Yes, Jake is seen phone calling different agencies on his cell phone, asking what they want from him.
We only hear him speaking. Too bad no Speaker Phone used.
I already think Jake was done wrong by the Gov. I don’t need to be convinced he wasn’t a Domestic Terrorist, but for those in doubt, this video won’t really change much. One could say anything on a one sided dialog.
There may or may not have been anyone on the other line. Like I said, I believe in Jake’s innocence and sincerity, but those who do not, won’t find much solid matter here to change their minds one way or another. I hope he and the other J-6 get their day in court.

Why is there no organized, well-funded conservative legal help for the J6 political prisoners?? Any competent (>=$200/hr) counsel could have picked apart these weak-ass cases.
Pretty much proves to me there was no premeditation, there was no harm intended and Jacob thought he could simply talk to the police/FBI and sort it all out.
That’s certainly not the behavior of an insurrectionist.
