There is no moral equivalency between the two wars. None.

So we have had drilled into our heads for our entire lives.

But when you look at the truth, you find out we have been lied to and deceived.

The Civil War was an evil war, fought for money and power. The people who were the most evil won.

Absolutely correct. One war was to make all the American colonies free, sovereign and independent states. These states formed a voluntary union for friendship and defense. The other war was for one group of states to prevent a second group of states from being free, sovereign and independent. It was to reverse the relationship of states and the federal government, and to make the states which created the federal government and delegated limited powers to that government, subservient to the federal government that they had created. It did not preserve the union that was, but created a new union, radically and fundamentally changing the nature of the union itself. It ceased to be a voluntary union and became one of coercion, a Hotel California of unions.
