As I was reading Quotations from Chairman Mao Tse-Tung (aka The Little Red Book), I came across a particularly stunning quote in Chapter 2: Classes and Class Struggle:
In the final analysis, national struggle is a matter of class struggle. Among the whites in the United States, it is only the reactionary ruling circles that oppress the black people. They can in no way represent the workers, farmers, revolutionary intellectuals and other enlightened persons who comprise the overwhelming majority of the white people.
"Statement Supporting the American Negroes in Their Just Struggle Against Racial Discrimination by U.S. Imperialism" (August 8, 1963), People of the World, Unite and Defeat the U.S. Aggressors and All Their Lackeys, 2nd ed., pp. 3-4.
Wow. So the "overwhelming majority of white people" are not racist? And that's according to Mao!
Yet his statement contradicts what today is a familiar accusation from the Left. ...
In his Little Red Book, Mao talks a lot about economic class struggle. He denounces imperialism and advocates for "national liberation movements." But he never makes it about race. And although it's not a term he uses, he might justifiably be described as "color blind." That makes him old-fashioned. A dinosaur among today's Left. Perhaps even a running dog reactionary!
I'm no Maoist. The man was a monster, as were and are all Communist dictators. More innocent people died under Mao's regime than even under Stalin or Hitler. Which is why Mao's above quote should give conservatives pause for thought.
When even a man of Mao's Communist street cred is guilty of such a cancel-worthy statement, it shows just how far leftward our own culture has moved.

The difference between marxists and neomarxists.
I think BLM just got Mao-Maoed.
Yeah, he killed more people than any man in history, so I could give a flying fig what he said.
Bkmrk
“revolutionary intellectuals”
How the university students see themselves.
So basically the far left in the USA Today (BLMTIFA) are more radical than Mao?
Mousie Dung. Current address...Hell.
Chicom foreign minister just said that Japanese and Koreans are trying to act white.
Where have we heard “acting white” before.
I guess today's Chicoms are learning from Antifa/BLM. The pupil has surpassed the master.
Here is what is happening....
Classical Marxism was always based on economic oppressors and the economically oppressed. During Occupy Wall Street, and the rise of Bernie Sanders/Trump, the globalists got scared, so they shifted everyone’s focus to identity based Marxism. In this way, they could continue to pillage the middle class economically, while the masses battled it out over race, sexual orientation and gender, instead of their common economic interests.
Also, post WW2, they realized that classic marxism wouldn't produce a violent revolution in the US.
There was a thriving middle class, upward mobility and lack of a true "opressor" and "opressed".
Even the "poor", especially today, are well off.
They needed a new "oppressor" and new " oppressed" and that's where your thoughts come into play.
We're on the same page.
As usual, Mao was lying. Everybody is racist, at least to an extent, because we all of us are genetically predisposed to favor our kind over all others. It's the second biological imperative, to favor those like us over those not like us.
Enter civilization. One of the concessions we make en route to "becoming civilized" is to suppress some of the baser natural instincts. Like the urge to kill your daughter's first gentleman suitor. Or your neighbor because he doesn't belong to your tribe.
But that doesn't mean the instinct isn't still there, only that we've managed to beat it back ... at least temporarily.
Mao especially likes the jews like Sidney Rittenberg, among others, who were the brains behind the Cultural revolution, and helped get China on the road to where they are currently—ready to take over the world and destroy Western Civilization.
Yes, but Classical Marxism taught that racism was "false consciousness." That Capitalists used race to divide the working class.
It's ironic that today, Intersectional Marxism regards being "color blind" as "false consciousness." A reversal.
