Add in that if a prosecutor is proved to have willfully held back provably exonerating evidence or to have invented the crucial evidence then that prosecutor shares the executed prisoner’s fate.

I would prefer hanging. Old Sparky is not particularly efficient or useful. Nitrogen asphyxiation safer, no toxic chemicals, no high voltage.

Nine months? At the expense of the taxpayers, INCLUDING the family members of the victim? How about 9 WEEKS MAX? Nope, that’s only possible in a CIVILIZED country!
