Former president Donald Trump poured fuel on his simmering feud with Howard Stern Saturday, ripping the self-described “King of All Media” as a “broken weirdo” who “went woke.”
“The real Howard Stern is a weak, pathetic, and disloyal guy, who lost his friends and MUCH of his audience,” Trump — a former and frequent guest on Stern’s raucous radio show — wrote on Truth Social.
“I did his show many times in the good old days, and then he went woke, and nobody cares about him any longer,” he continued.
The shock jock’s “influence is gone, and without that, he’s got NOTHING,” Trump vented about the reed-thin funnyman.
“Just a broken weirdo, unattractive both inside and out, trying like hell to be relevant!” he continued.

Just read what was posted, didn’t read the article. But, nothing Trump said sounded like a lie, just calling it like it is.
Howard Stern has always been a despicable radio personality.

It’s a tired old saying. But I think it’s true for 2024. It really is the most important election of our lifetime. If Trump loses, our two-party system is done, finished.
So here’s my question. Will these Trump’s insults of Howard Stern (as accurate those insults might be) help or hurt Trump’s chances in 2024? As I see it, it can only hurt. Trump will alienate more people here than he will win over.
Alone, this is no big deal. But it’s one more cut. And a death due to a thousand cuts is still a death. Please, Mr. Trump. Try to think more strategically. We really need a win in 2024.

Neither - these specific comments will make no difference. However, his truck of constantly saying controversial things will keep him in the news cycle - which is always a plus.
The worst thing he can do is go several days without saying anything - it doesn’t take long for the public to conclude that you are old news.
Asking Trump not to bluntly lampoon his critics is like asking Winnie the Pooh not to eat honey. But Trump’s brash insults are nowhere near as low as Stern’s crude depravity.
stern always was a broken weirdo and yet so many listened to him. What does that say about the listeners?
