A self-proclaimed “Christmas Lawyer” faces losing his legal license after he criticized a judge who banned his festive home display, which featured a live camel and 700,000 bulbs, allegedly calling the justice “corrupt” and a “hateful anti-Christian bigot.”
Jeremy Morris was informed the Idaho State Bar has “probable cause to proceed with formal charges” against him for accusing federal Judge B. Lynn Winmill of corruption following an ongoing legal battle with the West Hayden Estates Homeowners Association.
“The Idaho State Bar has made it clear they’re going to protect their friends, in this case, a federal judge,” Morris told Fox News. “But the problem is, attorneys have the freedom of speech.” Winmill had overturned a unanimous jury verdict to allow his Christmas display and that any further setup must comply

Regardless of the original case, we live in a country where you don’t dare criticize judges. They will destroy you. They are our omnipotent rulers.

You wouldn’t want to live in a neighborhood with a light display so extravagant they bring in people with shuttle buses to see it either.
At a certain point, light displays such as this become a public nuisance.

He bought into an HOA controlled neighborhood, he's a lawyer so should have known what he was buying into. He's flouted the rules, embarrassed himself, ruined his welcome in the neighborhood, and destroyed his career. Now he's hiding in a different state to avoid court and accountability, to snipe at a distance?
This guy needed an intervention early on, maybe still needs one.
Sorry, if that is a big bah humbug of me, well, get over it. I love Christmas, but I look at this and wonder why? All that money, all that destructive behavior and results.
How do you like that? He’s only FOUR miles from our house here. I haven’t heard about this in the local press (but I don’t pay much attention to local affairs).
