what gives me anxiety? Knowing that “the deep-state” and its corrupt cronies are able to promote such a scam on a global scale. That there are people and groups so powerful to do this (proving also that other propaganda, social-engineering scams are possible as well), and that the vast majority of sheep follow along - is really quite worrying.
Sure, anxiety causes a stress response which ultimately destroys your health.
Don’t worry about the climate and you’ll be fine.
So stop worrying.
There is no evidence for it happening and even if it did there is nothing we can do except adapt.
So stick a flower in your hat and be happy.

I love to tell the story of my grandmother.
She told me “never believe anything you see on TV”.
She believed all “experts” were liars.
She was in excellent health of all her life.
She died at the age of 106.
Once you discover that everybody has an “angle” and an “agenda” and are almost certainly lying you can relax and not get stressed out by their endless lies.
