This really isn’t surprising. One of the hallmarks of democrat / liberal thought is that a strong activist government is essential and critical to society. (Another is that they govern on emotion, while conservatives govern on logic).
So, yes, they will be all bunged up about ANYTHING that limits government. This chick isn’t bright enough to know what a “woman” is, so it should only follow that the government has leave to do anything it wants to.
Liberals believe that they are smarter than conservatives, and if we only had more intelligence and education, we’d just naturally agree with them. (My own three college degrees including a master’s notwithstanding).
