Or maybe other than just suing the school we sue them as well. I read in this article that dozens of kids went to the office to report this but nothing was done about this monster. Now maybe parents need to sue staff as well.

The Nashville shooter was a mentally unstable trans murderer. There’s a violent trans movement promoted online but, of course, feds are too busy arresting the grannies from J6 to address actual threats.
The girl who is the attacker is a psychopath who has to be removed from a normal school and be under strict supervision until she’s an adult and even then, put on some type of registry because someone that young who is that violent can’t be rehabilitated.
Sue the school. The school board the town and each individual teacher counselor and and other adults in the facility
Suing the school does no good except for the one suing. It is no big deal for the school to lose a couple of million tax dollars. That is not he school’s money. It is ours. Even suing the principal gets paid by tax dollars. Individual teachers may have union liability insurance.
