Yeah that would deter my attendance too. When we first moved our current and final home out in the country we visited a small local church. The pastor walked around the church frequently shouting and clapping his hands loudly. Incredibly annoying. We didn’t go back.
Go to a Lutheran church ...there is never any yelling, snake dancing, or wild thrashing about.
