People are just so... broken... these days.College education departments might have a problem with the 'culture' they're teaching. This stuff doesn't come out of thin air. Biden got a creepy laugh and cheers when he mentioned "I was 31 and she was twelve'...Of course his butt boys in the press walked away from the story.
