It’s hard to yell for 2 hours and the Dems pre-prepared talking points were that he displayed the vigor of a much younger man.
I worked with a guy that took stimulants to focus his thoughts. We could always tell when he was on them because he would answer questions before the question was finished.
He would deal with contentious clients with those stimulants, and prepare for them by telling us he took them. Even his writing was different on them.

I’d see that as plausible.
