Jury begins deliberations -Prosecutor says victim has pointed to her killer (keep it civil)

Jurors in the David Westerfield trial began deliberating yesterday after hearing a final statement from the lead prosecutor, who beamed a photo of 7-year-old Danielle van Dam onto the wall and urged the jury to focus on the physical evidence.

Finishing closing arguments in the two-month murder trial, prosecutor Jeff Dusek called a blood spot on Westerfield's jacket the "smoking gun." And Dusek imagined what Danielle might tell the jury if someone could bring her back to life "just for a moment" so she could answer the question, "Please tell us who did this to you."

"I've already told you," Dusek said the girl would tell the jury. "I've told you with my hair and where you found it. I've told you with the orange fiber that you found on my choker, and where you found it.

If they just want to rechew the fat from the last meal ignore them. If they want the recipe of the dish you are serving offer it to them, if they savor the flavors that you offer smile a little smile and ask them what they would suggest that would offer to make the meal fuller....

But if they come in complaining that the sweet wine you offer is vinigar when you know that the other guests in the room savor it's taste know that the vinigar they taste is not on their palate but in their heart, and in their soul.

I belive that means he has posted zero of the bond. The bail amount is $2 Million and is flagged, whatever that means.

Answer by Agent Robinson these items do not exist.

Also the first or second detective did not seem to have any notes, records etc when Feldman cross examined him on the stand, do not remember if it was the PR hearing or trial. Does any one else know?
How logical is it that several LE did not make any record of what was going on at the discovery site. Feldman said he was number one in command, and why did he not ask any one to document what was going on.

Also in the discovery papers sent to the DA, he mentioned that the LE had searched the suv, home numerous times, with and with out a search warrant.

BTW this is the guy UCANSEE2 posted about around a week ago that was picked up in Jan. His buddy Rowland was arrested 2 days or so after Danielle's body was found. Whitmore (arrested first) was also in some position dealing with young children in a school.
