"George Bush was intentionally lying when he said "Islam is a religion of peace".

Well, that may be overstating things a bit. George Bush was not elected to be Theologian in Chief. Our Constitution supposedly allows for the free practice of any religion. Let's just say George Bush misunderestimated the latent tendencies of this "peaceful" religion and will deal with it as needed.

Really. He does not intentionally seek Moselm rule.

"George Bush was intentionally lying when he said "Islam is a religion of peace"

What on earth did one want the President of the United States to say, "Islam is a religion of hatred and must be conquered and abolished?" Such silliness.

Osama would have loved a war of Islam Vs "the West". But, Bush understood the trap. He chose to divide and conquer on his own time. Had this been a war against Islam, the outcome would have been very different. That said, the war of ideas is next, and many of Islam's ideas must be defeated. They're short term good, long term nightmare type ideas. It's one of the reasons they're at war with peoples the world over. Bad ideas breed war.

Let's just say George Bush misunderestimated the latent tendencies of this "peaceful" religion and will deal with it as needed.
