Your monitor is upside down. Turn it over.
I live to serve :)

Turn the monitor upside down. That's one hundred dollars please. Next!

Okay, you beat me by seven seconds. Can we at least split the fee?
To: looney tune
I strongly believe that it's impossible.

Get one of those things that makes you hang by your ankles?
Really - if you mean you moved the start bar from the bottom of the screen to the top, just click on the bar and drag it to the bottom of the screen.

Leave the monitor where it is... just turn the room over.

Think you changed your monitor settings - check the dial setup on the front of the monitor.

What are your video settings? Maybe you have selected the wrong video card. It does sound like the monitor is upside down. Are you installing a new monitor?

The monitor is not upside down, you are. Please make certain that you are upright and on the floor.
If you are upright and on the floor, then consider nailing your bosses furniture and computer to the ceiling where the image will appear right side up.

No - I have tried to move the start bar all over the place, but everything is still upside down. If I hang by my ankles, everything looks normal!!! LOL!!

Make sure that your eye balls are not upside down. It happens.

First question: what kind of monitor? Some monitors have some interesting controls that are unrelated to anything on the computer. Just for example, video projectors have settings that allow rear projection and mounting upside down on the ceiling.

Your monitor is upside down. Turn it over. Don't listen to these amateurs. You've obviously setup the computer while standing on your head. Perform a maneuver that will place you in an upright position and all will be okay.

Must be a Chinese monitor.
Also, that thingy that pops out when you press a button on the fron of the computer is NOT a cup holder.

Okay, I'm going to be serious. There is actually a virus that does it. It also could be a video driver issue. Here is a
link.

Somebody's gotta do it...
Are you logged in? LOL
Seriously, I've been messing with computers for 30 years and have never come across this. A couple of suggestions to narrow the problem:
1. Reload the video drivers
2. Try a different monitor
3. Try a different video cable
4. Try a different video card
One of these will most likely point you in the right direction.
