Calling all prayer warriors to pray for a young mother in West Virginia. Her name is Brenda and she has breast cancer. She is a committed Christian and believes in healing prayers. She has kept a faithful attitude. I have asked for prayers for her before, but I am posting this as a separate thread so that I can present it to her in a hard copy. Thank you and God bless you.

Dear Brenda, keep your chin up and a positive attitude. God has His arms around you and will keep you safe. And God willing, the scourge of breast cancer will one day be beaten. You'll be all right, though. Dreadful as it is, there's so much doctors can do today. You're blessed to be living now and not fifty years ago! So be brave, smile, and keep the faith.

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks for the grace and mercy poured out upon Your children. I pray, O God, that You would pour out an extra measure upon Brenda at this time ... may this extra measure overrule the invasion of the cancer within her, for we pray that Your touch would be upon her and that You would restore her to health.

We do not know the means by which You choose to work, Merciful Father ... whether by Divine intervention or through the surgeons, but we seek Your healing for this young mother. Grant to her a full measure of days, that she might see her children's children. We come to You, O Lord, not through merit of our own, but through the Blood of Jesus Christ ... may the hem of Your garment touch Brenda, in the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...
