Not quite sure I follow this part ~ why would the terrorists in Florida need to "hand off" the anthrax laden envelopes to "mailers"?
I believe this is part of a total popular misunderstanding of how the mail system in this country work that misled the FBI into numerous blind avenues.
There is no reason whatsoever why 100% of all the anthrax attack envelopes couldn't be mailed at the same time in Florida, and by the plane hijackers themselves!
I know you've explained before how this could be... do you have a link to a previous thread or could you briefly remind us all again? TIA.
