I met James and Elizabeth Sanders several years ago and discussed their nightmare of trying to get to the bottom of this government cover-up. There were HUNDREDS of eyewitnesses who saw what looked like a missile rise toward the airliner. Two of these eyewitnesses were Air National Guard pilots, airborne so close to the 747 the pilots could see human bodies falling.

The CIA film animation of what the government contends happened to the plane is so far out of the realm of the laws of physics as to be laughable. What the CIA was doing in the middle of the TWA 800 investigation is a comedic mystery.

Under federal law, the National Transportation Safety Board investigates airline crashes. Nobody has ever explained why the FBI seized control of the entire investigation and wouldn't let the NTSB do its work, thus breaking the laws of the United States.

We don't live under a government of laws. The legal process in America is a fabrication - a damn lie.

I have said it before and I will say it again.

I can have no faith in the FBI or in our Government's Executive Department until we have an honest look at Flight 800, Oklahoma City and the Vince Foster suicide.

If there is nothing to these cases (LOL) then just have an open inquiry and I'll be satisfied.

Sadly, this will end the same way the Vince Foster photo case ended - in the Supreme Court. The end result will be the same: The Establishment will protect the Establishment and the Government will defeat any attempt to reopen this case in any way. Sad but true.

On 17 July 1996 a Trans World Airlines Boeing 747, registered N93119 departed New York-JFK for a flight (TWA 800) to Paris.
About 12 minutes after takeoff, while climbing through 13700ft, an explosion occurred and the aircraft broke up. Flaming debris fell into the sea. All 229 occupants were killed.

Most of the airborne witnesses were pilots and experienced observers of aircraft.

Consequently, they are believed to be especially trained, qualified, and credible observers.

These observers can be especially useful because their statements to air traffic controllers are often recorded, and because radar data can be used to determine their position and altitude at a given time.

The captain of Eastwind flight 507 told the witness group that he had observed a "pretty bright landing light" and that he watched it "on and off for over two minutes, minimum, but I probably had seen him [the light] for over five minutes." (From page 19 of the interview transcript, which appears as Appendix Z to the Witness Group Chairman?s Factual Report).

The captain of Eastwind flight 507 was not the only airborne witness to report seeing what he described as landing lights.

Document CC3-416 notes that Witness 702, who was operating a general aviation airplane reported that he "spotted a white light which suddenly exploded into a giant red orange ball."33

However, at 0042:11, Witness 702 (or another person aboard the same aircraft) advised air traffic control, "we saw landing lights facing us and all of a sudden it turned into a bright orange flame"
