Exactly. What is so offensive about this tree anyway? The city government doesn't even refer to it as a Christmas tree, and there were no religious decorations on it.
Some people really need to get a life and stop pissing and moaning about such stupid, trivial things. Life is too short for such idiocy.

I live and work in Malaysia. Many of the shopping centers in the city here now have Christmas trees up.
