Given at Fordham Law School in 1999. He talks at length about the case of Dr Seuss Enterprise's vs Penguin Books and their desire to continue marketing a book about the O J Simpson murder case modeled after ( and illustrated ) a Dr Seuss book, The book was named "The Cat NOT in the Hat by Dr Juice" and his speech includes a nice section of rhyme modeled after Dr Seuss....rather funny.
