You display a line of reaction which appears similar to those which lead people to hold firearms designers and manufacturers criminally liable for misuse of their products.
He is providing a "cook book" for manufacturing an illegal substance. Firearms are not illegal, what can be done with them may be, so this logic is flawed.
Firearms have legitimate and socially beneficial uses. The horrid poisons developed by this "man" do not.
