The boy was not aborted. He survived 3 abortion attempts. The correct title should read:

But the kid was unwanted--shouldn't that make it legal to just have the doctor kill him with his bare hands? I mean, it's not a "wanted child" (as opposed to just a child), so it's just a choice. Three times the state failed this poor woman, they should have had Blair personally strangle the choice in his incubator. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the statement about first late-term abortion survivor.
Because way back, thirty or so years ago, My neighbor's daughter attempted an abortion.
The mom found out, hauled her daughter to the hospital and told the doctor not to come out of the delivery room without TWO live bodies.
He did.
I can remember how small that baby was, head the size of an orange, and they had to put doll clothes on it when it could finally come home.
