In Connecticut he should be able to vote in 2006. He signed the bill.

Do you think he'll get a TV show like Martha? Maybe the show theme could be "lowest cost home improvements"?

whining liberal retards

I moved out of Connecticut largely because of Weicker and Rowland.

Though not as liberal as Curry, both he and Rell qualify as "whining liberal retards."

He did one good thing, his replacement is the most popular politician in the state.

If wanted to be senator (and eventually, she probably will be), she could beat either Dodd or Lieberman.

I don't think she is gonna run for Senator, I have my doubts she'll run for re-election. She seems "tired" since her operation, and quite frankly a woman at her age may just say--I've been doing this for 25 years, I've got a good pension, I don't need the limelight--I'm done. Which is too bad, cause we are going to get Blumenthal as gov, which is frightening.

BTW--I defend Rowland, he got railroaded!!!

You've got to be kidding me. The entire CT Republican establishment is slime through and through.

It is not about defending Rowland, he was a COINO to the core, a RINO just like the rest of Connecticut's Republican Party

It is about seeing, though, how all it was, wasa coup by the dems.

While there were crimes committed, it was an orchestrated attack by the dems, with zero support by the repubs who are too scared to fight against the dems because it might make them look like they are mean spirited or something.

I keep thinking of that Jersey gov who got thrown out 2 years ago, the Jersey dems all surrounded the wagons to defend their criminal, while in Connecticut, a Governor does the same things, and the dems all grabbed their pitchforks and attacked what they just supported 2 states away!

Jody Rell??

She is WORSE than Rowland!!

I know of someone who is running for Nancy Johnson's seat, that is just as important, but no one in the repuiblican party wants to buck the system and actually support a conservative for ofice.

So we should defend a lying crook because he's a republican.

I dont know how to say it, but, ...

He was scum, I was A Tom Scott supporter, but he is no different then the Dems here, what they did was NOT a search for justice, it was a COUP so they could regain the governor seat in the next election

it also castrated the GOP in this state, worse then they already are, it showed the GOP that the DEMS rule here, and thee is NOTHING the GOP or conservatives can do about it.

All the dem scandals that dont make the papers, the corruption like Rowland did is COMMON...

My argument is not to defend a crook, but that the State GOP never tried to point out how this was NOT a search for justice, but a coup to remove a popular GOP governor so they could have a better chance to get elected next time

at the least, they have a COINO Repub in power now, one who already called out fo civil unions and gay marriage to be allowed in Connecticut, something that the crooked Rowland promised to NOT allow.

I agree, Democrat or Republican the man is a crook. The evidence was overwhelming.
