Rove's Attorney will be making a statement shortly....per Fox News Channel.
Could be that Rove is completely clear and Fitzgerald is not seeking an extension of the investigation into Rove.
Doesn't mean he will not extend the investigation in Libby or hand down and indictment in less than an hour against Libby.
